A case of Hemangiosarcoma of the left Humerus

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of malignant hemangioendothelioma on the left humerus is reported.
This patient was 48 year old Korean female, who complained of the pain and swelling on the proximal aspect of left arm with limited range of montion for 2 months.
The roentgenographic examination was revealed a cortical thinning with cortical disruption and radioleucent cystic changes on the lateral aspect of left proximal humerus.
The laboratory data is all in normal with except elevation of ESR.
The excised mass was confirmed pathologically as hemangiosarcoma invading on the left humerus.
